Matched penetrating protectors form a transparent network deep inside the stone's micro-pores — 8× stain resistance, 20 years longer service life.
Natural stone is full of invisible micro-pores and capillary channels. Water rings, tea stains and oil marks creep through these channels and set as stubborn stains deep inside the stone. Protection, done properly, blocks those channels without altering the stone's natural character.
HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED applies a nano-scale penetrating protection system, matching protector chemistry to each stone variety and application area. Verified by third-party testing institutions, treated stone shows 8× better stain resistance and an expected service life extended by 20 years — with no visible change to color or gloss.
Protective molecules are far smaller than the stone's pores, penetrating 3–5mm below the surface to form a 3D protective network — not a surface film that wears off.
The layer strongly repels water and oil so spills bead up and wipe away, while remaining vapour-permeable — internal moisture escapes normally, avoiding delamination and hollowness.
The transparent formula leaves no visible film: color, veining and touch stay essentially unchanged — matte stays matte, polished stays clear.
Different pore structures and mineral compositions across marble, granite, travertine and luxury stone call for different protector types and application methods; floors, walls and worktops each get tailored plans.
| Stain Resistance | Third-party verified 8× improvement against tea, coffee, red wine, cooking oil and other common stains |
| Expected Service Life | Extended by 20 years |
| Penetration Depth | 3–5mm below the surface (varies with porosity) |
| Appearance Impact | No visible change to color or gloss; matte stays non-reflective, polished stays clear |
| Application Advice | Six-face protection before installation + reinforced face treatment after; wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens) need shorter re-coating cycles |
Slabs are deep-cleaned and fully dried before treatment; moisture content must reach target so no water is sealed inside.
Protective agent is sprayed or roller-applied to all six faces, including edges and backs, eliminating every water-entry path.
Slabs rest 24–48 hours depending on chemistry, allowing protective molecules to penetrate and bond with the mineral structure.
Each batch is randomly sampled for beading and stain tests; protection is verified before the slabs leave the factory.
