The bespoke residence is conceived around its owner's character: the foyer and living room open with light-catching Calacatta Gold book-matched walls, the bedrooms, tea room and study take Carrara White for a tranquil keynote, and the courtyard, exterior walls and terraces choose Roman Travertine to echo the mountain scenery — stone becomes an extension of the owner's personality, not mere decoration.

LIMITED Stone provides a fully bespoke home service: 3,800 ㎡ of walls and floors, 8 bathrooms, 3 fireplaces and 1 spiral staircase, each home with its own dedicated file; factory pre-assembly and numbering before a single, coordinated delivery, with a dedicated installation crew on site right through to handover.
Three principal stones give the residence its warm-cool layering, balancing living comfort, weather resistance and family safety.

Six stages from site re-measure to butler-style, one-file-per-home delivery — the owner takes part in every detail.
Designer, owner and contractor re-measured on site together; laser scanning produced a 1:1 point cloud, resolving 86 structural deviations.
A dedicated selection booklet per home; slabs virtually pre-assembled, and cutting began only after the owner confirmed the book-match effect on their phone.
Fireplaces, the staircase and moulded profiles combined five-axis CNC with hand craft; curved panels machined to ±0.5 mm.

The living room's double-height wall uses book-matching: six slabs numbered by veining in the factory, installed so the pattern crosses the joints seamlessly.
The master-bedroom corridor uses herringbone marble; laser setting-out carried the 45° pattern through the whole home at 0.8 mm joints.
The foyer's 2.4 m medallion was waterjet-cut into 380 pieces, pre-assembled and numbered as a whole, then reassembled on site to the drawing.
Three marble fireplaces CNC-carved as one piece, with heat-resistant stone lining the firebox — seamless, no joints.
Book-matched wall joints tinted with color-matched epoxy; after mirror polishing the veining crosses the joints seamlessly.
Whole-home stone siliconised and crystallised to stain resistance grade 5; wet areas additionally anti-slip treated to R10 for family safety.
