Compliance is the cornerstone of our business and applies to international trade, fabrication contracting, agency partnerships and internal management, supported by institutional oversight and training.
We strictly follow the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, including import/export, trade, customs and business-registration rules, and respect the laws and international trade norms of project jurisdictions.
We uphold fairness and reject improper benefits of any kind. Staff and partners must declare conflicts of interest; obtaining business through improper means is strictly prohibited.
Every shipment passes our internal multi-stage inspection, and source-quarry and inspection documentation can be provided on request so product information is truthful and traceable.
We comply with applicable data-protection law, collect client, partner and employee data on a "minimum necessary" basis, and never disclose it without authorisation.
In quarry partnerships and production we follow "extract and restore" practices and green manufacturing, comply with local environmental requirements, and promote waste recycling and low-carbon operations.
