The renovation is built around "continuity and upgrade": guestroom floors and the lobby keep the resort's warm memory with Botticino Classico, restaurants, bars and the spa are upgraded to the mirror feel of Crema Marfil, and the pool deck, beach walkways and exterior rain-screen switch to bush-hammered Roman Travertine — three principal stones balancing "preserved memory" and "overall upgrade" in a renovation project.

LIMITED Stone carried out the full stone removal, supply and installation for the 19,000 ㎡: 240 guestrooms refurbished in 8 batches of 30 rooms; 4,500 ㎡ of pool deck and beach walkways replaced in Roman Travertine; and exterior rain-screen cladding installed at height while the resort kept trading. Across the 20-month renovation the resort remained open, average occupancy held above 85%, and renovated zones recorded zero guest complaints.

360° laser scanning plus infrared thermography across the 19,000 ㎡ marked 1,286 hollow spots and substrate defects, producing a zone-by-zone renovation plan.
