A business landmark on the Victoria Harbour skyline — HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED Stone delivered 42,000 ㎡ of commercial space through a digital supply chain, integrated end to end.
The project is designed as a "vertical city": the office lobby takes a 12-metre double-height ceremonial feature wall of Calacatta Gold, the typical-floor corridors extend visual depth with Carrara White, and the retail atrium and lift lobbies set a premium commercial tone with Nero Marquina — one floor, one stone, an order that gives 68 storeys of office space unity with layering.
HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED Stone handled design detailing, factory fabrication and on-site installation for all stone: 42,000 ㎡ of finished stone, 126 round columns and over 30,000 wall and floor pieces, all digitally pre-laid, with a night-shift staggered construction system delivering "open for business while we build" with zero disturbance.
Three principal stones run through 68 storeys of business space, balancing corporate image, wear resistance and whole-life maintenance cost.

3D laser scanning covered 68 floors and 6 public areas; point clouds overlaid on BIM resolved 312 structural deviations in advance.

1,600 mm slab flooring laid with levelling clips to joints under 1.0 mm, suited to the mall's heavy foot traffic.
The retail atrium's 12 m medallion comprises 1,842 pieces cut to 0.1 mm accuracy; approved as a full pre-assembly before dispatch.
Quarter-circle curved panels calibrated one by one with a temporary positioning ring; joint deviation ≤0.3 mm across all 32 lift-lobby wraps.
Book-matched joints tinted with color-matched epoxy; after arris polishing the gloss matches the slab face — the brand wall reads as one piece.
Public-area stone siliconised and crystallised to grade 5 stain resistance, cutting annual maintenance cost by 45% under heavy traffic.
