The major shopping center is built around "whole-mall unity": Calacatta Gold slabs for main entrance and atrium deliver a sense of occasion, Crema Marfil for flagship stores and upper floors provides warmth, and Steel Grey Granite for high-traffic corridors and back-of-house zones is durable and stain-resistant — three principal stones balance "ceremony" and "durability" across the retail space.

LIMITED Stone supplied and installed all stone for the 38,000 ㎡ across 8 floors: main entrance slabs, atrium flooring, escalator treads, public corridors, F&B areas, cinema lobby, restrooms, tenant partition walls, outdoor plaza paving and façade. Delivered floor by floor over 22 months while the center kept trading — weekend footfall of 150,000 with zero disruption.
Three principal stones cover every scenario across the 8-floor retail space, unifying ceremony, durability and maintenance cost.

Six stages from 3D scanning to floor-by-floor handover — 22 months of zoned delivery while the mall kept trading.
360° laser scanning of the 38,000 ㎡ across 8 floors produced millimetre-level point clouds, resolving 412 structural deviations and tenant interface points in advance.
14,000 ㎡ of Calacatta Gold slabs pre-assembled and numbered floor by floor, producing piece-by-piece installation drawings aligned with the floor-by-floor program.
Five-axis CNC machined 14,000 ㎡ of Calacatta slabs and 6,000 linear metres of escalator capping to a tolerance of ±0.5 mm.
Escalator-zone 30 mm thick slabs and Calacatta slabs travelled in steel-framed wooden crates — zero breakage throughout city delivery.
Noisy trades concentrated between 22:00 and 06:00 to avoid disrupting daytime trade; weekend footfall of 150,000 kept flowing with zero disruption across all 22 months.
Calacatta slab flooring siliconised and crystallised to a gloss of 90° or above, stain resistance grade 5; gloss still at 85° after three years in service.
Craft details up close — in a high-traffic retail venue, precision hides in the millimetres and the joints.
Calacatta slab joint flatness ±0.3 mm with elastic sealant; no cracking after 80,000 fatigue cycles.
Bush-hammered and anti-slip coated on escalator zones and public restrooms, anti-slip grade R10; wet-state coefficient of friction ≥0.62.
The concierge desk's stone radius edges were five-axis CNC machined, ±1 mm radius tolerance; no visible joints on the curved segments.
Public restroom stone walls were six-sided waterproof coated with sealed joints; zero penetration in a 48-hour immersion test.
A 4 m-diameter stone inlay at the main entrance, waterjet-cut from 18 different tile sizes; joint flatness ±0.5 mm.
Full re-grind each quarter and crystallisation each month; public-area gloss held at 85° or above after three years in service.
