Ultra-High-Pressure Waterjet
Precision cold cutting for glass, marble, granite and ceramic tile — cuts without thermal stress and delivers clean edges that go straight into the medallion line with no secondary grinding.
Fully Automated Polishing Line
10-head continuous polishing line — handles slabs up to 3200 × 2000mm. Each station is servo-closed-loop controlled; final gloss is held stable at 90 ± 5 GSL.
CNC Infrared Bridge Saw
For fixed-size cutting and grooving; both length- and cross-cuts plus chamfering in a single station. Max cutting thickness 80mm, tolerance ±0.1mm.
Automated Three-Dimensional Warehouse
Capacity for 80,000+ m² of ready-stock slabs. Each SKU / batch / vein-direction is precisely indexed, and standard-sample quote turnaround is ≤ 12 hours.
AI Surface-Defect Vision Inspection
Every slab is automatically scanned by machine vision before shipping; microscopic defects — cracks, voids, color drift, vein breakage — are detected and auto-graded.

Yes. Customer blocks are photographed and numbered on intake with dedicated batch management; processing is physically separated from our own production. Delivery includes processing records and offcut lists per batch, and customers are welcome to witness container loading.
