Whole-slab layout follows vein direction and color bands so one elevation or floor draws from adjacent slab positions — veins run continuous, color transitions stay natural.
Bridge saws and CNC cutting lines cut by layout drawing with numbering; large faces first, details after — maximising yield while keeping dimensions consistent.
Waterjet-cut mosaic pieces are trial-assembled and corrected by craftsmen: even joints, flowing vein transitions; large vein-matched areas ship in numbered order.
Edges are hand-chamfered and polished to the specified gloss; post-installation crystallisation can raise surface hardness and extend the durability of the mirror finish.
