Italian-imported 5-axis CNC equipment cuts and carves curved lines, 3D components and large mosaics with deviations controlled within 0.1mm.
Machining precision decides the finish quality of every architectural detail: whether a stair nosing sits tight, whether a column line flows smoothly, whether a mosaic joint closes seamlessly. These are direct expressions of equipment capability and process discipline.
HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED runs Italian-imported 5-axis CNC machining centers with dedicated tooling and in-house programming, turning shape-making that once relied on hand experience into a programmable, repeatable, quantifiable digital process — with deviations stably held within 0.1mm.
Three linear axes plus two rotary axes move in coordination, so the tool reaches the stone at any angle. Complex curves, arched mouldings and 3D openwork components are completed in a single setup, eliminating cumulative error from repeated re-fixturing.
Tool paths, feed rates and tool compensation are fully digital, with measuring-machine sampling after machining. Finished dimensions stay within 0.1mm of drawings — site adjustment is almost never needed.
For large mosaics and vein-matched cladding, the system plans production along the vein direction and assigns every piece a unique code and orientation. On site, crews simply install by number to reproduce the design.
For thin openwork, complex shapes and edge-chipping-prone varieties, ultra-high-pressure waterjet cuts the shape first and CNC trims the edges — balancing cutting efficiency with edge quality.

Our deepening team verifies dimensions, chamfers, jointing and installation sequence against the design, confirming node details before outputting machining drawings.
Programmers build tool paths by geometry and run full cutting simulation, spotting interference and chipping risks in advance to fix the fixturing plan.
The 5-axis CNC completes roughing, finishing and detail carving in one setup, with in-machine sampling of key dimensions.
Every component is re-measured with a profile measuring machine and calipers; any out-of-tolerance piece is reworked immediately.
Approved components are coded by installation order, corner-protected and packed with a numbered installation map.
