The upgraded center adds a 300 m² sample showroom, a bonded warehouse in Jebel Ali Free Zone and a local project service team, coordinating sales and delivery support across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
The Middle East is HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED's fastest-growing overseas market, with sustained stone demand from hotels, commercial complexes and government projects. But Gulf projects set extremely high standards for delivery speed and site coordination — sample confirmation, emergency re-supply and technical guidance often require response within days. Shipping directly from Hong Kong or Fujian cannot meet a 'weekly response' service standard.
With the regional center in place, stock samples and emergency re-supply inventory of 60+ core varieties are permanently available, and with a localised Arabic/English project team, emergency re-supply lead times fall from 3-4 weeks to within 72 hours.
The regional center carries three functions: display and selection — a permanent showroom of core slabs and case-study mock-ups; project delivery — local warehousing supporting staged shipments and site inventory management; and after-sales assurance — a regional spare and re-supply mechanism supporting the five-year maintenance period after handover.
In 2022, using the Middle East center as its pivot, HENGSHENG MARBLE S&T CO. LIMITED will focus on NEOM-adjacent supply programs in Saudi Arabia and post-World-Cup hotel renovation demand in Qatar.
