Premium Residential Developers

Luxury residential projects are accepted unit by unit, with very little tolerance for shade variation, joint lines or finishing, and they still need care and repair long after handover. Hengsheng extends stone delivery from the site into daily use, with complete ordering, per-unit numbered packing and a homeowner care manual.

Core Strengths

  • Numbered per unit: slabs are packed and numbered by unit and location, so site teams install to the correct apartment with minimal cutting.
  • Complete ordering: the full quantity including waste is ordered at once with spare material reserved, so post-handover top-ups return to the original batch.
  • Homeowner care manual: a stone care manual is handed over with the unit, covering cleaning, sealing and everyday precautions.
  • Junctions and details: thresholds, window sills, skirting and bathroom junctions are machined to suit, reducing on-site patching.

Service Process

  1. Unit take-off: measure each unit type and count with waste to fix the total.
  2. Specification: settle stone, thickness and finish for floors, bathrooms and kitchens.
  3. Split by unit: number slabs by unit and location, machining matching trims at the same time.
  4. Phased delivery to units: arrive by fit-out programme and install to the correct apartment.
  5. Handover package: issue the care manual and spare list, with top-ups available against the original batch.

Applications

  • Large-format paving in living and dining rooms
  • Marble cladding running wall to floor in master bathrooms
  • Stone worktops on kitchen islands and counters
  • Stone trims at entrances, stairs and window sills

Sustainability & Certification

Residential handover often requires indoor air quality evidence; GREENGUARD Gold low-VOC certification and NSF/ANSI 51 documentation support acceptance and owner enquiries.

Kitchen worktops involve food contact, so stones and sealers assessed to NSF/ANSI 51 can be specified, with everyday cleaning guidance supplied.

Deep Selection Guide

Select for both appearance and use: living room floors are about colour and sheen, bathrooms about slip resistance and waterproofing, kitchen worktops about stain and heat resistance. Marble suits walls and bathrooms; granite and quartzite suit high-intensity surfaces such as kitchen worktops. In practice, measure unit by unit before ordering and allow 5% for waste and spare material. Numbered packing by unit sharply reduces misplacement and on-site cutting dust. Hand over a care manual covering neutral cleaners and periodic sealing, and keep a top-up window open.

  • Selection criteria:When choosing stone for Large-format paving in living and dining rooms, ask first whether Numbered per unit holds, then look at colour and veining - reverse the order and the work usually has to be redone.
  • Specification & thickness:Set size by Whole-home stone zones (4) and thickness according to Marble cladding running wall to floor in master bathrooms; junction and cut-out positions must be clear on the drawing so no second machining is needed on site.
  • Acceptance & records:Complete ordering is a mandatory pre-dispatch check, with results and images archived; accept on site by number, and batch records can be retrieved if a dispute arises.
  • Sustainability:Residential handover often requires indoor air quality evidence; GREENGUARD Gold low-VOC certification and NSF/ANSI 51 documentation support acceptance and owner enquiries. Fold this into the acceptance documents and check it against the green material rules that apply locally.

Hengsheng approaches Premium Residential Developers by putting quarry, fabrication, testing and delivery on one traceable chain, so the client receives evidence on programme, quality and compliance, not merely a consignment of stone.

FAQ

Marble or granite for a kitchen worktop?
Marble is elegant but softer and acid-sensitive, so lemon juice and vinegar leave etch marks. Granite and quartzite are harder, stain- and heat-resistant, and better suited to a heavily used kitchen worktop. If marble is chosen, seal it and avoid acidic contact.
Can matching stone be supplied after handover?
Yes. Hengsheng reserves spare material at ordering time and records the batch number, so repairs can be matched to the original colour within a defined window after handover.
