Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor (Singapore)
S$3,800–5,500 / month + year-end bonus
Based at the Singapore hub, run receiving-to-dispatch flows, bulk allocation, local delivery coordination and team management — the on-site gatekeeper of the 'orders that never sleep' promise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receiving, put-away, picking and dispatch flows with inventory accuracy at the Singapore warehouse;
- Own slab storage safety (A-frames, vertical stacking, humidity/sun protection) and fire compliance;
- Coordinate sea/land container moves and local delivery drivers, controlling cost and lead time;
- Liaise with HK HQ and Malaysia/Indonesia clients on order allocation;
- Lead a 5–10 person warehouse team (incl. local workers) with scheduling and performance reviews;
- Run monthly stock-takes and submit inventory and operations reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or above in logistics or supply chain;
- Experience: 5+ years warehouse management incl. 2+ years as supervisor; building materials/stone preferred;
- Languages: English for work; Mandarin for communication;
- Skills: WMS/ERP proficiency; familiar with Singapore warehouse safety and MOM rules; forklift license preferred;
- Attributes: strong execution, integrity and reliability;
- Others: eligible for a Singapore work pass (company-sponsored).
Bonus Points
- Free-trade-zone / bonded warehouse experience a plus;
- Large fragile goods (slabs/furniture) storage experience preferred;
- Reporting/data skills a plus.
